300 plants grown in a natural quarry of agglomeration of small roundes stones mixed with clavey soil suitable for the resurfacing of dirt roads, inhospitable for cultivation and of little nourishement but perhaps for this reason a very fine oil is obtained, not greasy, light but with particular fresh aromas of grass Sulla and olive leaf, with a hint of bitterness and spiciness
in the palate clean, free of imperfections, elegant and refined, UNIQUE!!!
